One of the most important body parts that is your hands, so one of the important things to be done is getting a manicure treatment. You may appear eye-catching in your outfit and your hair style suits you perfectly, but if your hand have ugly or even average nails it will cast an eclipse on your personality.

I always go to nails shop do manicure, around nails skin are getting better, but inside the nails still got some white colour things. May i know what should i do for help my nails stronger?
